Supplies:

• DCWV "All Dressed Up" 12x12 paper stack
• White scallop-edge cardstock
• Chipboard stickers
• Ribbon
• Brads
• White chalk

Instructions:

1. Start with the 12 x 12 (Swirl) from "All Dressed Up" as the background page.
2. Chalk the sides of the paper using a cotton ball.
3. Cut out 12 x 12 (light blue) from "All Dressed Up" to a smaller size.
4. Paste (light blue) paper, photo and chipboard stickers.
5. Draw zig-zag patterns around 12 x 12 paper (light blue). 
6. Attach ribbon with tape glue.
7. Attach brad.
