Your answers will ultimately help us improve your shopping experience. We do not share your personal information with any outside companies or third parties.

FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?

ORDERING

HOW TO ORDER?
You can place your orders through our website or email them to magicmoments.sg@gmail.com.  

To place orders through our website, browse and simply add to your shopping bag the products you want to buy.  When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

• Your e-mail address and password, for security purposes.
• The address you want to ship to.
• Your preferred shipping method (for shipping information, see below).
• Your credit card type, number and expiration date.
• Any promotional codes you have received.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of your order. Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive a second e-mail to notify shipment of the products.

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
Sign-in to your account to check your order status. If you have opted for registered delivery, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you so that you can track your package.

ORDER CANCELLATION
No cancellations allowed once an order is confirmed and submitted.

This is powered by WorldPay so you can be assured of a secure and seamless checkout process.

Bank Transfer Payment
Details will be provided during checkout and in the order confirmation e-mail if you have opted for the bank transfer payment. After you have made the transfer, please email us at magicmoments.sg@gmail.com, quoting your order and transaction details.  We would appreciate that the bank transfer payment be made within 3 days of submitting your order.  Unpaid orders older than 3 weeks will be automatically removed from the system.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SHIPPING PROCESS
Upon payment of your order, your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days for Singapore and 7-9 business days for international order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
You can ask for your order to be shipped to another address than your billing address. Please mention it during checkout.

Orders over SGD 100 is free of shipping charges, shipped with your choice of either standard or registered mail.

Orders over SGD 200 is free of shipping charges, shipped by courier.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES - INTERNATIONAL
We ship worldwide.

Some countries may levy customs duties or taxes on your package. We cannot be responsible for these fees and these charges are not included in the amount paid to Magic Moments. We have no control over whether you will be charged any such fees or taxes, although our experience tells us that these fees are somewhat infrequent.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Packages refused by you due to taxes, duties or any other reason will be destroyed by your country's postal system and will not be returned to us. You will receive no refund for these refused packages.

All international orders are sent by registered airmail. Please be aware that all products delivered internationally (outside of Singapore) may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering into. These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay for when we fill your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges.

REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

REFUND POLICY
Goods sold are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Our items have been carefully made to give you every satisfaction. However if you noticed any manufacturer-default, we will exchange your purchase. Magic Moments only accepts returns on items that are unused and in their original packaging. For a higher replacement value, a top up is required for the difference. No refund will be made for a replacement of lower value. The costs and risks incurred by returns are payable by the purchaser. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us within 5 days after receiving your goods to request for an exchange quoting your order number, item and description to be returned and reasons for returning. We advise to send your package back to us through an insured, traceable method.

For Singapore orders, items have to be returned to us within 14 days from the date of invoice. For international orders, items have to be returned to us within 28 days from the date of invoice.  We will process the exchange once we have received the your original item(s).
