• DCWV "All Dressed Up" 8"x8" stack
• Chipboard letters

Instructions:

1. Start with the 8 x 8 (Swirl) as the background page.
2. Cut out "scallop" edge for the background.
3. Paste on Polka Dot paper from the stack.
4. Paste chipboard stickers.
